Bio 
C. Ignacio Matos joined Rexach & Picó, CSP, in 2002 and has since assisted clients with insurance regulatory matters before the Office of the Insurance Commissioner of Puerto Rico and issues regarding the Puerto Rico International Insurance Center Law as well as general litigation matters. He has a B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and a J.D. from the Interamerican University Law School. He also completed studies on International and Civil Law at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.
