She works with clients to provide legal counsel for administrative investigations and enforcement actions, market conduct and financial exams; formations, expansions, mergers, acquisitions, conversions, demutualizations, admissions, and re-domestications; registration statements/Form B, C, F, transactions between and among insurance group affiliates/Form D, and any other holding company needs; reorganizations, rehabilitation, and liquidation of insurance companies.

Julie represents insurance companies/entities, individuals, and businesses, before the state departments of insurance regarding insurance products, whether developing new products and evaluating their compliance or assisting with the filings and approvals. She advises on forms and rates in multiple states, and counsels on advertising, privacy and anti-fraud policies and procedures, and investment plans.

Julie's experience includes strategic counseling, project planning and management for single or multi-state projects, negotiation and drafting of forms and documents, preparation of regulatory filings, including filing and obtaining the regulatory approvals.
