For a quick overview of state, federal or NAIC news, reach for FORC Alerts. FORC combines submissions from FORC counsel members to produce a synopsis of the latest happenings in insurance regulatory law. Alerts are sent via email to members and to those who have signed up to receive FORC communications. Alerts are typically distributed bi-monthly, or more frequently as needed to share current developments.

FORC Members may submit news items at any time to [email protected] to be included in the next FORC Alert. Submission requirements; members only, keep it short, no self promotion, include only original content.
