I strive to be responsive and collaborative in my approach, working with clients in a way that helps them achieve their business goals. • Represented Blue Cross of Idaho in corporate governance, strategic counsel, structuring of strategic initiatives, executive employment, health care reform, insurance regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, policyholder relations. • Represented insurance producers in regulatory inquiries by state insurance regulators. • Represented a Wyoming health maintenance organization in insolvency proceedings before the Wyoming Commissioner of Insurance.
