I work with insurance companies, insurance producers and underwriters, self-funded healthcare plans, and other insurance industry participants. I assist my clients with business transactions, new company admissions, regulatory compliance, and actions before state regulators.

• Represented Blue Cross of Idaho in corporate governance, strategic counsel, structuring of strategic initiatives, executive employment, health care reform, insurance regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, policyholder relations.
• Represented insurance producers in regulatory inquiries by state insurance regulators.
• Represented a Wyoming health maintenance organization in insolvency proceedings before the Wyoming Commissioner of Insurance.
