Fran Roggenbaum concentrates her practice on the corporate, transactional and regulatory aspects of the insurance industry. She provides regulatory advice to insurance company clients, and assistance to businesses in self-insurance and risk management strategies, both in Pennsylvania and nationally. Fran has extensive experience working on multi-state regulatory issues for insurers, reinsurers, alternative risk entities, insurance producers and other insurance intermediaries, including licensing requirements, coverage mandates and filings, investment limitations, and transactional and financial reporting. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Structured Settlement Consultant. In addition to her state bar admission, Fran is admitted to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Fran has lectured on insurance law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, the Central PA Chapter CPCU, Central PA I-Day and various clients on developments affecting insurance companies and insurance-related regulatory issues and trends in the insurance marketplace.
