Rob Ledyard earned B.A. and LL.B. degrees from Vanderbilt University, where he was an assistant editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Ledyard practices corporate law with an emphasis on insurance law. Mr. Ledyard is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in 1980, Rob was vice president and general counsel of NLT Corporation.
