A FORC CLE Seminar held prior to the NAIC Spring National Meeting

Sponsored by the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC) and Co-Sponsored by the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section

The FORC Hot Topics seminar will provide updates on some of the most current topics in insurance.  In addition to the proposed CLE credits, attendees will hear presentations from attorney, consultant and industry  experts on the various topics and will have an opportunity to network before, during and after the seminar with both the presenters and the attendees, including members of FORC, who are some of the most experienced insurance regulatory counsel in the country.

CLE Credit

Note that applying for CLE credit in some states is cost prohibitive for FORC and self applying may be needed.  Credit in most states is pending and not guaranteed. If you need CLE credit, when you register for the seminar, please list all states/jurisdictions in which credit is requested.  Please arrive at the seminar early so you have time to complete various CLE paperwork. Please bring your bar number(s) to include on various forms.
